We continue working to resolve the source of the water quality incident of last night. So far, we have not identified an exact source of the issue, but we continue working with the property management companies to do so.
We have no indication of any further water quality issue. However, to provide additional reassurance, if any residents would like to receive bottled water, we are working with the property management companies to provide an onsite supply.
The incident was isolated to units on S. Promenade Circle, Diamond Lane, Gazebo Lane, Skyline Drive, and Hillshire Drive.
Further flushing was completed this morning throughout the site. Tests for volatile organic compounds (hydrocarbons) today have indicated no detections.
Backflow prevention devices are being reviewed and checked at the site.
A sample was sent out for analysis of specific volatile organic compounds, but the results will take 7-10 days.
