Exterior restoration work began this week on the iconic Taylor Hill Reservoir. Built in 1933, the structure continues to be a great asset to the City of Sheboygan, supporting a 4 million gallon steel water tank. Restoration work includes addressing exposed rebar, fixing cracks and failures, epoxy injection and other concrete issues. At the conclusion of the project, a protective coating will be applied to the concrete structure, and a new fence will be installed. The work at Taylor Hill is expected to be completed within two months.
